New Conveyor Belt with Anti-stick Coating

Having to clean the belts frequently can result in their premature wear, with unnecessary expenditures incurred for repair and replacment parts.
The Conti Clean A-H conveyor belt with anti-stick coating helps minimize these problems. It employs a novel plastic coating material that greatly enhances belt performances. Polymers or additives have repeatedly demonstrated that they are poorly suited to rendering rubber materials dirt repellent. In a special process we have now succeeded in surface treating the cover.

Conveyor belts equipped with this cover layer not only repel dirt and guard against caking, thereby helping to reduce costs for cleaning and servicing. They are also resistant to oil and grease, as well as aging and atmospheric influences. And they are anti-electrostatic.
What's more, ContiTech engineers have also succeeded in extending the service of the belts by further reducing scraper-induced cover wear.

The conveyor belt are available in a width range of between 600 and 2000 millimeters and are suitable for transporting materials of all kinds.
